Simon Grace

Simon Grace has thirty years’ experience in the Central London residential market as a sales agent, investment consultant and principal investor. His career began at Savills in 1993, before joining Colliers RH which subsequently became Cushman and Wakefield Residential. Since 2006, Simon has been Managing Director a privately owned company that invests in new build off plan residential investment opportunities, primarily in London.
Since 2012, Simon has also been a senior advisor to the Alvarium Real Estate Co-investment platform. In 2021, Simon established Guardian Living with Rob Lucy and John Lipper to operate in the social impact space.
